Ticket and Wristband Information

• August 12: GA+ and Platinum wristbands will begin shipping to the address provided at checkout.
• September 6: Digital tickets (for all ticket types: 2-Day & 1-Day GA, GA+, and Platinum) will be sent out.

Wristband Details:

• GA+ and Platinum Tickets: In addition to your electronic ticket, you will receive a wristband. You must wear this wristband for entry into the festival and access to exclusive lounges and viewing areas.
• General Admission Tickets: These are electronic only and must be displayed on a mobile device for festival entry. No wristband will be provided.

Important Notes:

• If your GA+ or Platinum ticket was transferred, you need to create a vivenu account to accept the tickets and provide your shipping address for the wristband.
• If tickets are transferred after wristbands have shipped, the original purchaser is responsible for getting the wristband to the new ticket holder.
• GA+ and Platinum tickets purchased after September 6 will not have wristbands shipped; they will be available for pickup at Festival Will Call.
• There is a $20 replacement fee for lost or stolen wristbands.

Service Animals

We welcome and support the rights and attendance of all persons with disabilities that rely on the special skills of a trained service animal. What we DO NOT support, and will not tolerate, are pets being misrepresented by their owners as service animals. Please leave your pet at home.

Service Animal Definition

A ‘service animal’ is defined as “any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler’s disability.” Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed at Sing Out Loud Festival. Please note that all service dogs, including those from out of state, are subject to local dog ordinances, which include a valid rabies certificate.

Service Animal Procedures

All patrons with disabilities attending Sing Out Load festival this year with a service animal must have that animal credentialed by the accessibility team before entering the main gate. Accessibility staff will perform this process quickly and respectfully.

Parking

Due to the Historic Downtown Parking Facility's closure, there is no onsite festival parking. Free satellite parking and shuttle services will be available, and shuttles are ADA accessible. Please see Parking & Shuttle Services for more information.

Francis Field

Francis Field is an open-air special events field located in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine. The field is walking distance from downtown hotels and biking distance from the beach and historic sites. 

The September 21 and 22 concert event at Francis Field is open to all ages, but not recommended for children under 8 years old. Children two and under will be admitted for free with paid adults.

This is a standing-only festival, concert seating will not be available. If ADA accommodations are needed, please visit the onsite Box Office for directions to the designated ADA section. It is also a rain or shine event. Sun protection is highly encouraged as well as hydration. Please visit the free water refill stations located around the festival grounds as often as needed.

Stay refreshed with good food and beverages! There will be plenty of onsite food trucks serving local fare. And in addition to free filtered water refill stations, there will be multiple concession areas serving non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages including specially-crafted cocktails by St. Augustine Distillery, Tullamore D.E.W., and Herradura plus Intuition Ale Works’ Sing Out Loud Session IPA.

There is no onsite festival parking due to the closure of the Historic Downtown Parking Facility for the Live Wildly Showcase on Sept 21 & 22. It's recommended that attendees take advantage of the free satellite parking and shuttle services to the festival grounds. Walking, biking and shared ride services are also encouraged. Free shuttle services will run continously throughout open lot hours on Saturday and Sunday. Shuttles are ADA accessible.

Water Taxi Service

Adventure Water Tours will provide a water taxi service on Saturday and Sunday for $10 each way (with Sing Out Loud ticket) or $15 (without Sing out Loud ticket).

Bring your own empty, clear, reusable plastic water bottle to fill (and refill) at the free filtered water stations throughout the festival. We will have both still and sparkling water! Single-use plastic, metal and glass containers are not permitted.

This event is rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather, safety is our priority. Any delays or changes due to weather will be communicated to ticket holders via email, social media, and the website.

St. Augustine is the Nation’s Oldest City, founded in 1565. It is a city rich with history and natural beauty. Explore a centuries-old fort or lighthouse, walk the state park trails or swim in the Atlantic Ocean, bike around historic neighborhoods or dine at any number of independently-owned restaurants. There is a lot to discover and Francis Field is centrally located downtown so you can easily walk, bike or ride around the city.

In addition to electronic tickets, GA+ and Platinum attendees will receive a festival wristband. GA+ and Platinum attendees must wear their wristband to gain access into the festival in addition to the exclusive lounges and viewing areas.

General Admission ticket holders will not receive a wristband. General Admission tickets are exclusively electronic and must be displayed on a mobile device for entry into festival. 

Festival wristbands will begin shipping August 12. Wristbands will be shipped to the mailing address entered at time of checkout. If your GA+ or Platinum ticket was transferred, you are required to create a vivenu account to accept the tickets. When you create a vivenu account, you will be asked to enter your address. This is the address your wristbands will be shipped to.

PLEASE NOTE: If tickets are transferred AFTER wristbands have shipped, wristbands will be mailed to the original purchaser and they are responsible for the delivery of physical wristbands to their guests.
