TICKET & WRISTBAND INFORMATION

August 12: GA+ and Platinum wristbands will begin shipping to the address provided at checkout.
- September 6: Digital tickets (for all ticket types: 2-Day & 1-Day GA, GA+, and Platinum) will be sent out.
WRISTBAND DETAILS:

GA+ and Platinum Tickets: In addition to your electronic ticket, you will receive a wristband. You must wear this wristband for entry into the festival and access to exclusive lounges and viewing areas.
- General Admission Tickets: These are electronic only and must be displayed on a mobile device for festival entry. No wristband will be provided.
IMPORTANT NOTES:

If your GA+ or Platinum ticket was transferred, you need to create a vivenu account to accept the tickets and provide your shipping address for the wristband.

If tickets are transferred after wristbands have shipped, the original purchaser is responsible for getting the wristband to the new ticket holder.
- GA+ and Platinum tickets purchased after September 6 will not have wristbands shipped; they will be available for pickup at Festival Will Call.
- There is a $20 replacement fee for lost or stolen wristbands.

Sing Out Loud Festival is not responsible for any tickets purchased by a third-party vendor or unauthorized source. Please note that all sales are final. No refunds. Prices, ticket types and event times are subject to change. This event is rain or shine.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
The September 21 and 22 concert event at Francis Field is open to all ages, but not recommended for children under 8 years old. Children two and under will be admitted for free with paid adults.
