Sing Out Loud’s Live Wildly Showcase will be held at Francis Field in downtown St. Augustine: 25 West Castillo Drive, St. Augustine, FL 32084 

Francis Field is an open-air special events field located in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine, within walking distance of downtown hotels and biking distance from the beach and historic sites. Sing Out Loud Festival’s Live Wildly Showcase is open to all ages but is not recommended for children under 8 years old. Children two and under will be admitted for free with a paid adult.

General Admission Tickets (1-Day & 2-Day): These are electronic only and must be displayed on a mobile device for festival entry. No wristband will be provided.

GA+ and Platinum Tickets (1-Day & 2-Day): In addition to your electronic ticket, you will receive a wristband. You must wear this wristband for entry into the festival and access to exclusive lounges and viewing areas. Please do not tighten your wristband until you're ready—it won't loosen.

Important Notes:

• If your GA, GA+ or Platinum ticket was transferred, you need to create an AXS Fan account (AXS.com) to accept the tickets. 
• Wristbands are issued for GA+ and Platinum ticket tiers only and must be worn to access exclusive lounge and viewing areas.
• Wristbands should not be put on until just before the event.
• If tickets are transferred after GA+ and Platinum wristbands have shipped, the original purchaser is responsible for getting the wristband to the new ticket holder.
• GA+ and Platinum tickets purchased after September 6 will not have wristbands shipped; they will be available for pickup at Festival Will Call.
• There is a $20 replacement fee for damaged, lost or stolen wristbands.
• Depending on availability, you may purchase an upgraded ticket from General Admission to GA+ or GA+ to Platinum (1-Day & 2-Day). To upgrade your ticket, please visit the Box Office at Francis Field. You must return your original wristband to avoid a $20 replacement fee.

This is a standing-only festival; concert seating will not be available. If ADA accommodations are needed, please visit the Info Booth inside the festival grounds. Due to the closure of the Historic Downtown Parking Facility, there will be no onsite parking at the festival. Attendees as well as anyone else who would otherwise use the garage are strongly encouraged to use free satellite parking with shuttle service, rideshare, walking, or biking.

 All shuttles are free, ADA accessible, and run continuously during operating hours. A parking map can be found here and shuttle map here.

Historic Downtown Parking Facility Closure

The Historic Downtown Parking Facility will be closed to the public during the festival weekend. To help ease access to downtown, free shuttle services will be available to all — including festival attendees, downtown employees, and general visitors.

• Friday, September 19: Open for entry until 7:00 PM. 
  • Vehicles already parked may still exit after this time.
  • Shuttle service from Broudy’s Parking Lot (212 West King St.) will run 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• Saturday, September 20: Closed to the public – please use shuttle services.
• Sunday, September 21: Closed to the public – please use shuttle services.

Reminder: Shuttle services are free, ADA accessible, and run continuously throughout posted lot hours. Walking, biking, and shared rides are also encouraged.

Festival attendees will be permitted to leave and re-enter the festival. However, they must display their digital tickets upon re-entry and are subject to search.

TRANSFERRING TICKETS

A ticket transfer allows you to digitally send each guest in your party their own ticket via AXS at no additional cost.

Important Transfer Information:

• Digital tickets cannot be transferred until fulfillment is complete in August.
• GA+ and Platinum ticket transfers require the recipient to create an AXS Fan Account to accept the ticket.

How Ticket Transfers Work:

1. Click the Transfer button next to the event in your AXS account.
2. Select the tickets to transfer and enter the recipient’s information.
3. On the review page, click the Transfer button to send the tickets.
4. The recipient will receive an email about the transfer and must create an AXS account (if they don’t already have one) to accept the tickets. Once completed, the tickets will be accessible via the AXS app.

Bring your own empty, clear, reusable plastic water bottle to fill at our free filtered water stations throughout the festival. Both still and sparkling water will be available. Single-use plastic, metal, and glass containers are not permitted.

This event is rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, safety is our priority. Any delays or changes due to weather will be communicated to ticket holders via email, social media, the app, and our website.

1. How the Waitlist Works

When does the waitlist open?

As soon as a ticket type sells out, the waitlist opens for that item.

Is joining the waitlist a guarantee?

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee fulfillment. All requests are subject to availability.

How are waitlist requests processed?

Requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I see where I am in line?

No. The system does not show your position in the queue.

2. Pricing & Payment

Are waitlist ticket prices higher?

No. All waitlist tickets are offered at standard pricing and are not subject to dynamic pricing.

What is the deposit and how does it work?

A waitlist ticket requires a $20 deposit, plus a $10 service fee. If your order is fulfilled, the deposit is applied to your total. If not, the deposit will be refunded within 7–10 days after the festival. The service fee is non-refundable.

Will I be charged automatically?

Yes. If your request is fulfilled, your payment method will be charged the remaining balance automatically.

Are payment plans available?

No. Payment plans are not offered for waitlist orders.

3. Order Updates & Cancellations

How will I know if my request is fulfilled?

You’ll receive an email from AXS, so check your inbox regularly and monitor your FanAccount.

What if my card fails or is expired?

If a charge fails, your request may not be retried and you’ll lose your place in line — be sure your payment method is valid.

Can I cancel my waitlist request?

Yes. You can cancel unwanted items anytime via FanAccount before they’re fulfilled.

Can I change my order after it's fulfilled?

No. All sales are final once your order is processed.
