Francis Field Showcase

Sing Out Loud is the annual, epic celebration of live entertainment in the Nation’s Oldest City. In a convergence of musical genres over multiple weekends in September, Sing Out Loud is St. Augustine’s Official "Month of Music."

The Francis Field Showcase with The Black Keys, Mumford & Sons, Maggie Rogers, Lord Huron, and more in historic downtown St. Augustine on September 22 & 23 is the newest addition to this year’s festival. Please see important information below.  

Accessibility

An ADA platform with accessible seating and facilites will be available on-site at Francis Field. Once inside the festival grounds, please visit the Info Booth for assistance with ADA facilities.

Please note: Due to the Historic Downtown Parking Facility's closure, there is no onsite festival parking. For ADA transportation to the festival, please use the free City shuttle services from one of four satellite parking areas. Shuttles are ADA accessible.

Francis Field is an open-air special events field located in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine. The field is walking distance from downtown hotels and biking distance from the beach and historic sites.

The Francis Field Showcase is open to all ages, but not recommended for children under 8 years old. Children two and under will be admitted for free with paid adults.

The Box Office & Will Call is located at the entrance of the festival grounds at the corner of Cordova and Orange Street in downtown St. Augustine.

Festival Environment

This is a standing-only festival, concert seating will not be available. If ADA accommodations are needed, please visit the onsite Box Office for directions to the designated ADA section. It is also a rain or shine event. Sun protection is highly encouraged as well as hydration. Please visit the free water refill stations located around the festival grounds as often as needed.

In addition to free filtered water refill stations, there will be multiple concession areas serving non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages including specially-crafted cocktails by St. Augustine Distillery and Intuition Ale Works’ Sing Out Loud Session IPA.

Parking & Shuttle Services

There is no on-site parking due to the closure of the Historic Downtown Parking Facility on Sept 22 & 23. It's recommended that attendees take advantage of the free City and Beach Shuttle services. Walking, biking and shared ride services are also encouraged.

 

Free City Satellite Parking Shuttle Locations & Service Hours

There are four satellite parking areas with free shuttle services to and from the festival. All shuttles will drop off and pick up from the Visitors Information Center, located at 10 South Castillo Drive.

There are nine shuttle stops along Anastasia Island. Shuttles will drop off and pick up from the Visitors Information Center, located at 10 South Castillo Drive.

Re-Entry

Festival patrons can leave and re-enter the festival grounds. Patrons will scan their wristband each time they leave and must pass through security each time they re-enter the site.

RFID Festival Wristbands

Francis Field Weekend Wristbands

Sing Out Loud Francis Field Showcase is using RFID-enabled wristbands for admission. Your wristband is your ticket into the festival grounds and must be worn securely on your wrist throughout the weekend. Wristbands are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Once tightened, wristbands cannot be loosened. Please refrain from putting your wristband on until the day of the event. There is a $20 Replacement Fee for lost or damaged wristbands. Replacement wristbands can be purchased at the Ticket Help Tent on the day of the event.

Wristbands will be mailed to the shipping address entered at checkout. GA+ and Platinum ticket merch will also be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Front Gate Tickets will notify you when your wristbands are shipped and heading your way. Please note, the last day to update your mailing address was August 2. Once an order ships, Front Gate will no longer be able to update your address.

Registering Your Festival Wristband

To register your wristband, please visit Wristband Registration via Front Gate Ticketing. The Item ID can be found on the backside of the white tag on your wristband.

  • Be respectful of patrons, staff and our beautiful city and beaches.
  • For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to inspection upon entrance.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
  • Drink Responsibly. Intoxicated patrons may be denied admittance to the event.
  • This is a rain or shine event.

Box Office Information

Tickets for Francis Field Showcase are sold exclusively online via Front Gate Tickets. There are no in-person purchases for this showcase. The Francis Field Showcase is a two-day event. 1-Day General Admission and 2-Day General Admission, General Admission Plus and Platinum tickets are available for purchase.

Ticket Upgrades

Depending on availabilty, you may be able to purchase an upgrade from a General Admission weekend pass to a GA+ weekend pass. Please visit the onsite Box Office for upgraded ticket availability.

Ticket Limit

Up to ten (10) tickets can be purchased per order.

This event is rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather, safety is our priority. Any delays or changes due to weather will be communicated to ticket holders via email, social media, and the website.

Water Bottles

Bring your own empty, clear, reusable water bottle to fill (and refill) at the filtered water stations throughout the festival. We will have both still and sparkling water! Single-use plastic, metal and glass containers are not permitted.
