Francis Field is an open-air special events field located in the heart of historic St. Augustine. The field is walking distance from downtown hotels and biking distance from the beach and historic sites. Please note, parking will be limited at the field. Walking, biking or using the shuttle service is highly encouraged.
Accessibility
An ADA platform with accessible seating and facilites will be available on-site at Francis Field. Please check in at the on-site Box Office day of festival for assistance with ADA facilities.

The Francis Field Showcase is open to all ages, but not recommended for children under 8 years old. Children two and under will be admitted for free with paid adults.

The Francis Field Showcase is a two-day event. 1-Day General Admission and 2-Day General Admission, General Admission Plus and Platinum tickets are available for purchase.

Tickets to the Francis Field Showcase are sold exclusively online via our official ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets. Sing Out Loud Festival is not responsible for any tickets purchased by a third-party vendor or unauthorized source. Please note that all sales are final. No refunds. Prices, ticket types and event times are subject to change. This event is rain or shine.
Ticket Limit
Up to ten (10) tickets can be purchased per order.
Festival Environment
This is a standing-only festival, concert seating will not be available. If ADA accommodations are needed, please visit the onsite Box Office for directions to the designated ADA section. It is also a rain or shine event. Sun protection is highly encouraged as well as hydration. Please visit the free water refill stations located around the festival grounds as often as needed.

Parking
There is no on-site vehicle parking at the festival grounds. Please be mindful that downtown parking will be extremely limited. Walking, biking and shared ride services are highly encouraged. Shuttles will also be operating from various lots around St. Augustine. Shuttle schedules and locations will be available.
Re-Entry Policy
Festival patrons can leave and re-enter the festival grounds. Patrons will scan their wristband each time they leave and must pass through security each time they re-enter the site.
RFID Wristbands
Sing Out Loud Francis Field Showcase is using RFID-enabled wristbands for admission. Your wristband is your ticket into the festival grounds and must be worn securely on your wrist throughout the weekend. Wristbands are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Wristbands will be mailed to the shipping address entered at checkout. GA+ and Platinum ticket merch will also be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Front Gate Tickets will notify you when your wristbands are shipped and heading your way. Please note, the last day to update your mailing address is August 2. Once an order ships, Front Gate will no longer be able to update your address.
If you lose your wristband, there is a $20 replacement fee.

Sing Out Loud Festival Rules
- Be respectful of patrons, staff and our beautiful city and beaches.
- For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to inspection upon entrance.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- Drink Responsibly. Intoxicated patrons may be denied admittance to the event.
- This is a rain or shine event.
- An empty, clear, reusable water bottle for use at the filtered water refill stations is allowed into the festival. No single-use, glass or metal bottles.
