Idle Acres

Idle Acres (www.idleacresmusic.com) is a Jacksonville, FL based band that plays their own brand of rock. Their sound blends gritty dissonant guitar, driving bass, sometimes soaring vocals, and subtle yet intricate interplay between percussive time and tempo. They sound like their influences which cover a wide range of genres, but they’re most often likened to 90s rock. The band consists of Howie Winkler on lead vocal and guitar, Allen Griffin on drums and vocals, Joel Land on bass and vocals, LeeAnn Winkler on percussion and vocals, and Christina Wagner on keyboards and vocals. Their debut album “Before the Credits” is available now on vinyl, and on all streaming platforms.
