Sip Out Loud is an intimate culinary, wine, and music experience celebrating the creativity, craftsmanship, and hospitality of St. Johns County. With just 70 tickets available, this exclusive one-night experience offers exceptional wines, outstanding cuisine, live music, and meaningful connections in the intimate courtyard of Bin 39 Wine Bar.

Created as a signature culinary, wine, and music experience during Sing Out Loud Festival, Sip Out Loud brings together acclaimed chefs, exceptional wines, live singer-songwriter performances, local art, and the opportunity to connect directly with the chefs, winemakers, and creators behind the experience. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to showcase the very best of St. Johns County in an intimate, refined, and welcoming atmosphere.

The evening's menu features dishes prepared by some of St. Augustine's most celebrated chefs, including Michael Lugo (Michael's), Norberto Jaramillo (La Cocina), Jonathan Henri and Jamese Greeve (The Roosevelt Room), and Anabell Burton Vizcarra (Mama Llama).

For one night only, Bin 39 will open its private cellar, offering guests access to a carefully curated collection of wines built through decades of relationships and discovery. Complementing the evening, Talisman will present a guided tasting featuring boutique Pinot Noirs and other selections from five renowned vineyard sites across Sonoma County—many unavailable anywhere else in Florida.
