Sing Out Loud Festival is partnering with local favorite Mayday Handcrafted Ice Creams to celebrate St. Augustine’s Month of Music with a limited-edition flavor inspired by the natural beauty and vibrant spirit of Florida’s Historic Coast.
Created exclusively for the festival, Spoonbill Guava Cheesecake features bright and creamy guava-lime ice cream with crumbles of Mayday’s handcrafted cookies studded throughout. Named after the iconic pink-and-white spoonbill that calls the region home, the flavor pays tribute to the area’s distinctive flora and fauna, while tropical guava brings a taste of Old Florida to every scoop.
The collaboration brings together two local organizations that share a love for creativity, community and the place they proudly call home.
