The Francis Field Showcase is a two-day event. 1-Day General Admission and 2-Day General Admission, General Admission Plus and Platinum tickets are available for purchase.

Tickets to the Francis Field Showcase are sold exclusively online via our official ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets. Sing Out Loud Festival is not responsible for any tickets purchased by a third-party vendor or unauthorized source. Please note that all sales are final. No refunds. Festival Environment

This is a standing-only festival, concert seating will not be available. If ADA accommodations are needed, please visit the onsite Box Office for directions to the designated ADA section. It is also a rain or shine event. Sun protection is highly encouraged as well as hydration. Please visit the free water refill stations located around the festival grounds as often as needed.

There will be no on-site vehicle parking at the Historic Downtown Parking Facility as part of the event’s emergency response plan to ensure public safety.

Free shuttle service will be provided to the Visitor Information Center in downtown St. Augustine from three parking locations. Walking, biking and shared ride services are also highly encouraged.

Re-Entry

Festival patrons can leave and re-enter the festival grounds. Patrons will scan their wristband each time they leave and must pass through security each time they re-enter the site.

RFID Wristbands

Francis Field Weekend Wristbands

Sing Out Loud Francis Field Showcase is using RFID-enabled wristbands for admission. Your wristband is your ticket into the festival grounds and must be worn securely on your wrist throughout the weekend. Wristbands are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Wristbands will be mailed to the shipping address entered at checkout. GA+ and Platinum ticket merch will also be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Front Gate Tickets will notify you when your wristbands are shipped and heading your way. Please note, the last day to update your mailing address is August 2. Once an order ships, Front Gate will no longer be able to update your address.
