3. Continuing Obligations
If your Minor is selected to win the Contest, you understand and agree that the prize is subject to the Official Terms and Conditions and conditioned upon the execution of a separate Production and Performance Agreement.
You MUST accompany the Minor to all requested locations and/or interactions with the Producer and Sponsors, to specifically include, but not be limited to, the recording of the Master Recording and the production of the Music Video. You must bring a government-issued photo ID (i.e. a driver’s license, passport or ID card) to identify yourself and a government-issued ID or birth certificate of the Minor to identify the Minor. On behalf of the Minor, you represent and warrant that:
- The Entry is an original work created solely by the Minor Participant.
- The Entry does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
- No third party (such as a record label or publisher) has any rights to the Entry that would interfere with this agreement.
5. Release of Liability
You, on behalf of yourself and the Minor Participant, hereby release and hold harmless the Producer and Sponsors, their officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Minor’s participation in the Contest or the use of the Submission as described herein.
